This is King Cactus Creations TOS, please know that this is NOT every makers. This is our rules. Thank You.
Quotes
IWhen getting a free quote from King Cactus Creations, please have the Quote form filled out, then message me somewhere. Please do not message me asking for a quote without filling out a form. Please read through this TOS before filling out a form. Quotes last until I change prices. Please message me within that week to inform me when you will be commissioning. If you do get a quote form filled out, you are not obligated to buy. (you do not have to buy)
Allergies

Where I work in suits, I do own two cats, fur can get into the air or someone get moved close or to the suits. Please do not commission if you have allergies or are allergic to any of my pets. I do try my best to keep my cats off the work space, but my cats do shed and fur blows around.

Trades
King Cactus Creations no longer takes trades. The only trade that we will do is character, art, rarely fur or fursuit part trade. Please do not ask for trades unless stated so.
Payment

King Cactus Creations does not take payment plans. When paying, we do best by paying through Paypal, but if another way is needed, we can figure out something.
We will not start progress until the full payment is made. Please do not ask for progress photos if it is not completely paid for.
When paying for a suit, we do need at 50% down payment to buy starting supplies such as fur, foam, balaclavas, etc. This payment will be kept if their is a return or cancellation, please read more about this under the Returns/Cancellation selection.

We do not take art as a payment. Please do not offer it, no matter the quality. We do this because art cannot pay for the supplies and other costs in making suits. Please understand this and if and questions contact us.
How To Pay
When paying, we do prefer Paypal. We can not do other ways, but they must be safe for both me and the customer. When paying, please inform me when doing so, if i don't know who the payer is, I will take it as a donation, which is greatly appreciated.

Rush Orders
Here at King Cactus Creations, we do not take rush orders. Because of still being in school and things outside of making. Please do not ask about this feature. This is run by a high schooler, so it has to fit with my time scheduled.

Repairs
We do take repairs, even if they aren't our own creations. But, there will be a fee of $25-$100. How to do this is message us, tell us the problem, and we can give a quote on the repair fee. You will have to pay shipping back and forth. We do not take this as a slot fill, it will not count as a private work.

Age
We do work with younger people. Please tell us your age when commissioning. If you do lie about your age, you will not be considered a slot, and will not be able to purchase from me anymore. This is because we can not trust you to tell us what information is needed. We work with 13 years old and up. Please make sure that your parents know and understand that you will be commissioning. If they have questions, they can email me.

Returns/Cancellations
If you need to cancel or stop a commission, I will be keeping the 50% down payment made. I will keep the unfinished suit and make changes an sell it as a premade. I will not take returns after all payments are made and when you have the suit with you. I will not take cancellations when the suit is near completion.

Electronics
I don't do electronics. If you want electronics in your suit, please ask me through private messaging or in your quote form. I can not do anything too complex, since I haven't had much experience with electronics.
